By bringing together research institutions, industry partners, public administrations, and innovation organizations, DICE aims to facilitate knowledge exchange, experimentation, and collaboration across […]

Current Maturity and Future Ambitions

DICE currently demonstrates success factors at Level 2 maturity: we collaborate with academia (TUHH, HCU), SMEs (gmp), public and civic institutions (LIG, LSBG), and have access to testing laboratories (HCU, TUHH, LSBG) and local testbeds (HafenCity, Kleiner Grasbrook, EDGE). We are actively developing cross-sectoral collaborations and will expand our partnerships in alignment with the B4PIC […]

Alignment with B4P Objectives

DICE supports B4P’s general objectives—scientific, economic, and societal—through interdisciplinary innovation, AI-enhanced infrastructure management, and smart city planning tools. Our projects align with the majority of the B4P’sseven specific objectives, including system integration, lifecycle performance, circular economy, and clean energy transition. The cluster involves communities, cities and metropolitan scales.
