\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur Vision:
<\/strong>
DICE aims to establish a beautiful ecosystem <\/strong>in digital innovation for the built environment. \"A Beautiful ecosystem\" \u2013 for us, this means: connecting the <\/strong>right partners and nurturing a culture of cooperation, amplifying the spirit of innovation and working on cutting-edge topics. We understand DICE as a productive <\/em>network of networks<\/strong>, in which a critical mass of >100 active members put forward novel idea, technologies and business. DICE is a resource generator, <\/strong>creating not only third-party support but valuable IP, new jobs and ventures. Framed as an \u201cinnovation cluster\u201d, we see DICE as a co-creative community <\/strong>targeting breakthrough and high-impact projects and ideas. Still, with DICE we want to form sustainable structures beyond the scope of termed projects <\/strong>\u2013 DICE is to become a longterm carrier that safely moves the work and ideas of its cluster members forward. We will make DICE an extensive knowledge exchange and innovation platform<\/strong> \u2013 a new kind of \u201cHanse\u201d for digital innovation in the built environment, effectively trading scientific and technological goods. In accord with EU support agencies, we will form with DICE a transdisciplinary value chain <\/strong>that short-circuits academia, businesses, civil society and administration into a new kind of industry. To make DICE a transfer booster for innovation <\/strong>we will foster solution <\/strong>uptake and replication, broker solutions to markets and industries, and maximise their impact. For this, DICE has a powerful network, extending from its local Hamburg base to a global partnership <\/strong>that links high-profile players from all around the world. While DICE firmly grows and unfolds, we make sure that the cluster keeps its profile and focus: <\/strong>Digital innovation for the built environments.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOur Mission:<\/strong>

We organise and shape the DICE ecosystem by active \u201cplatforming\u201d and curation<\/strong>. We make the network productive by facilitating creative cooperation <\/strong>in the format of a \u201cProject Factory\u201c. We enable large-scale activities, initiatives and innovations by pooling and sharing ideas, investments, efforts and costs<\/strong>. We distribute knowledge and information by way of workshops, publications, and online media<\/strong>. We creating breakthrough innovations by targeted co-innovation formats <\/strong>that use advances techniques of design thinking and knowledge architecture in order to discover cutting-edge concepts. We generate added value within DICE, as well as beyond it, by converging and synergising resources<\/strong>, by targeted matchmaking <\/strong>of demands and offers for digital innovation in the built environment. We make the network and its partners visible by joint appearences at key events <\/strong>like international expos, professional conventions, and scientific conferences. We generating funds from memberships fees, third party support, product placemement and marketing<\/strong>. We venture into business creation by using the Hamburg Startup ecosystem, <\/strong>such as the new startup factory \u201cImpossible Founders\u201d or HCU\u00b4s eminent research cluster HAWICC. We create promising career and development path for people and ideas by job matching, tech brokering, and cross-organisational networking<\/strong>.
